Fall Cooking Classes
Gluten Free Cooking

Confused about how to switch to a gluten-free diet? Cooking gluten-free does not have to be complicated or di cult, and you can still enjoy many
of your favorite dishes using strategic ingredient substitutions. Laura will arm you with the basic knowledge you need to con dently choose ingredients and be able to make delicious gluten-free food in your kitchen. You will also make Parmesan Herb Crackers, Polenta Lasagna, Tempura Ba ered Green Beans and Tofu, Homemade Granola, and more.
Nourishing Kids

Ensuring your children get good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated, expensive, or di cult. Registered Dietitian Heather Campbell will discuss tips and techniques for how to please even the pickiest eaters. The format of this class will be both hands-on and educational as we focus on easy ways to add great tasting vegetables and nutrient-dense foods to meals and snacks for kids of all ages.
Veganize It

If you think you won’t be able to enjoy certain foods if you switch to a more plant-based diet, think again! There
are plenty of healthy ingredients you can use to create creamy textures and  avors, and Chef Ali will show you
how to make plant-based versions of some of your favorite dishes that are just as satisfying and delicious. In this class some of the tasty dishes you will learn to make include Nachos, Caesar Salad, Macaroni & Cheese, Burgers, and Chocolate Cake.
