It is never too early to plan. Ms. Ferrara will present an introduction to estate planning so that you can better understand what’s involved, the documents that are recommended, and how to begin the planning process.
Kara Ferrara is a member of the Trust and Estates Practice Group and the Business Practice Group of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. in Troy. For the past 25 years, she has focused her practice on estate planning for clients of minimal assets to those of significant wealth, tax planning, and post-death trust and estate administration matters.

Learn how to deal with probate court issues such as guardianship or advance directives plus unravel the Medicaid myths associated with nursing homes and long term care. Caring for a loved one should not cost the savings of a loved one.
Don Rosenberg has been practicing law for over thirty-five years. His practice is limited to specializing in issues concerning disability, estate, probate, long term care, nursing home, Medicaid and special needs planning. Don has been married for 43 years and has two wonderful children. In addition to loving what he does, he loves technology and golf.
